Let me make your postpartum adjustment easier. I’ll support you during your recovery while you get used to caring for your new addition. Maybe you need breastfeeding or bottle feeding support. Maybe you need someone to look after baby overnight so you get an opportunity to rest. Whatever it is, you can count on me.
- 2 postpartum planning visits
- Daytime in-home support (2 hour minimum booking up to a maximum of 6 hours) for an hourly rate.
- Overnight respite available from 10PM-6AM (8 hour minimum booking) for an hourly rate.
- Back-up postpartum doula support
Each postpartum shift is customized to fit what you want and need. As your postpartum recovery progresses, this individualized approach to your postpartum care ensures that you receive the emotional, physical, and practical support you require. You’ll find this also facilitates an environment that supports your family during this time of transition.
- Unlimited text and phone support from start to end of the fourth trimester (12 weeks post-birth)
- Newborn care assistance
- Multiples care (more than one baby)
- Infant feeding support, however that looks like for you
- Sibling/family member support for adjusting to new roles
- Sleep support for all members of the family
- Practical assistance with light household chores: laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc.
- Cooking and meal preparation

We believe every birthing person deserves and needs a birth bestie in their corner. We offer our birth support to everyone. If cost is a barrier for you, please inquire about an extended payment plan or sliding scale option.
